For realz, people. I want to move some of these older deviations (just a handful) to my new account, and I don't like the idea of uploading twice. So I'm going to gradually be taking stuff down here, so I can upload it at Marckette.

Well, I've been busy over at with René and all sorts of random nonsense...
But I'm planning on spending the next few weeks putting together a massive portfolio (with every single remotely creative and successful thing I've ever done) and that's what this account was supposed to be for! My professional, shiny account!

But while I'm doing that, I wanted to throw this out there:

I'm back!

I'm gradually plowing through my deviations and going on a massive deleting spree.

This account is (more or less) inactive now for several reasons, but it will remain open as my professional online portfolio.
From now on, only portfolio quality work will be uploaded. For cartoons, doodles, sketches, fan art/fiction, and other random stuff that potential employers/clients don't really care about, please visit my informal account, .

The reason for this is simple... I want potential clients/employers to see only the best of my work, and I want them to be able to browse easily. Since the name of this account matches my Etsy store, I decided to start another one for my less professional work, and keep this one associated with my more professional work In other words, I wear sneakers to comic conventions, and heels to work. So to speak. Never mind...

Yeah, I'm hungry right now, but to busy to go get something to eat.
I'm working on developing a history for my current comic project... Which is coming along in very unique way. I've actually been meeting with someone to discuss it, and she's been very helpful in asking just the right questions.

For instance, during one of our consultations, we established that the most efficient method of survival would be based on a military model, and that has become (part of) the premise for my story.

I quit my job at the grocery store. I feel like I could do ANYTHING. I haven't stopped drawing and being very happy, and Tuesday is my very last day, and that will be AWESOME.

Commissions will be out of the way this week, and I'll be ready to start with a fresh new comic, one that actually interests me 100% instead of 75%.
I'm pretty stoked...
I mean...

I feel like a new person.
I'll also be purging my +watch list. I won't be removing friends or anything, but I just don't have time to look at EVERYTHING... So I'm removing the "impulse" watches that I don't really respond to. I mean, if I'm not responding, then I'm not really doing much as a watcher (or something like that).
As I said, mah friends (even though I STILL don't respond much ) will stay






And the new comic?
It's actually sort of autobiographical in a metaphorical way. That's the semi-unique thing about it.
